We are created beings with the power of discernment about life extremes, about our limitations, about our abilities, about our dreams, about our sensitivities, and about our changes. We...Human Beings

We have been happy,
and we have been sad.
We have been angry,
and we have been mild.
Emotions...
We have been thankful,
and we have been regretful.
We have been in need,
and we have been fulfilled.
Blessings...
We have dreamt,
and we have planned.
We have achieved,
and we have failed.
Hopes...
We have been healthy,
and we have been weak.
We have been wealthy,
and we have been poor.
Extremes...
We have been heard,
and we have been ignored.
We have been right,
and we have been wrong.
Imperfections...
We have been born,
and we have grown.
We have been immature,
and we have been mindful.
Changes...
We have been rational,
and we have been illogical.
We have been careful,
and we have been restless.
Mindfulness...
We have been alone,
and we have been together.
We have been social,
and we have been in solitude.
Connections...
We’ve thought of the past,
and we’ve planned the future.
We’ve done things this way,
and we’ve changed it for the better.
Reflections...
We have wept,
and we have giggled.
We have fraught,
and we have smiled.
Feelings...
We have been conscientious,
and we have been wasteful.
We have been frugal,
and we have been generous.
Resources...
We have been disappointed,
and we have been satisfied.
We may NOT be miserable,
because it is NOT inevitable.
Expectations...
We are human,
and we will always be one.
We will always change,
as change is inevitable.
